DOG FOOD & DIET

A complete guide to caring for your dog through proper nutrition and mindful feeding habits.

Dogs are omnivores, which means they eat both plants and meat.

Dog Food

The bulk of a dogs diet can be given in a variety of ways: dry kibble, wet/ canned food, homemade foods or raw diets. Its up to you what you choose to do, however it is reccomended to go with a commerical food as it is very difficult to meet all the nutritional needs of a dog when making the food yourself.

A Dogs diet must meet the following requirements:

The dog food must refelct your dogs life stage:
Puppy = 0-1 year
Adult = 1-7 years
Senior= 7+ years
and any additional needs (e.g hypoallergenic) they may have.
